Product characteristics
Mats are produced by tufting technology of Heatset yarn or BCF yarn into the polypropylene primary backing fabric. The pile is velour or loop pile. It is made of different types of material : 100% PA, Acryl mix PA/PP ( 60/40) or 100% cotton. Weight is from 220 – 110g/m2. The material composition of primary backing fabric is 100% PE. By a jett technology, different types of designs are printed, simple as well as more difficult or photo designs. To strengthen the carpet, latex mixture and gel foam (NSF latex) is used as a backing. Mats with NSF backing are anti – slip. Some types of mats are produced by vulkanization, where the natural rubber is used as a backing. Most of these types of mats are washable. Mats are produced for several kind of use : doormats, commercial mats, bath mats, interior/living mats, etc.
